Contact Centre Advisor Grade 4 (GBP20,127 - GBP22,185)

Fixed term (6 months)

You will take a proactive and responsive approach to service delivery and supporting colleagues to do the same delivering an excellent customer service experience.

You will be expected to be able to effectively handle and resolve all types of calls across the full range of service activity i.e. rents, neighbourhoods, allocations, housing and repairs and to take and process applications for the housing register by telephone, electronically and other means.

The successful applicant will ordinarily start at the bottom of the pay scale unless they can demonstrate with payslips they are currently earning a higher salary, in which case they will start higher in the pay scale. The top of the grade is the maximum that will be paid for the post.
