Are you fluent in Spanish, French and/or Italian?

We are looking for a multilingual individual for a temporary, ongoing basis for a role due to start in early October.

Our client recently launched a new website and now requires an additional individual to their team. They are looking for someone who is able to answer emails and queries from customers in French, Italian and Spanish, provide some administrative support to the UK side of the team and upload new products and information onto the website.

Position: E-commerce and Customer Service Coordinator- Full time

Hours: Full time- 9am to 5pm (45 minute lunch break)

Salary: Dependant on experience

The Person???

- Must be customer service focused in their approach

- Must have experience of dealing with email communications

- Must be fluent in AT LEAST ONE language- French, Spanish or/and Italian

- Will be a strong administrator

- Will have the ability to pick up systems very quickly

- Will possess Magento 2 experience (advantageous but training will be provided)

- Must have the ability to work flexibly in a role
