Excellent opportunity for an accomplished Senior Digital Project Manager to join a market-leader in mobile / digital commerce solutions. The role would suit candidates coming from a technology solutions, SaaS or Digital agency background with strong experience of managing digital, eCommerce and web application builds.

The Senior Digital Project Manager

The Senior Project Manager will be focussed on leading the project management team and ensuring the smooth Agile based delivery of ground-breaking solutions across our portfolio of blue-chip clients.

Role Accountabilities:

Working with and reporting to the Head of Operations, will be involved with the following:

+ Establish and nurture rapport with clients that is conducive to a long-term business relationship.
+ Participate as required in client facings aspects of new account implementation and development.
+ Attend client meetings.
+ Prioritise and maintain multiple complex projects within time, technical and resource constraints.
+ Provide written documentation to appropriate team members and clients, which could include an overall rollout plan, timelines, and project assignments.
+ Key to this role will be managing the Project Management team ensuring the highest quality of service is delivered at all times to our clients.
+ Work closely with department managers to accurately forecast “go live” schedule.
+ Provide problem solving, troubleshooting and system consultation as needed for client.
+ Coordinate client resources.
+ Proactively identify and orchestrate prompt resolution of internal and client issues.
+ Offer input to innovate processes, systems, organization and culture.
+ Develop effective relationships to gain/maintain a deep understanding of projects, client activities and business priorities.
+ Provide guidance and assistance to client services and other personnel.
+ Provide team support and product information on strategic products as assigned by manager.
+ Facilitate monthly reporting as defined by the business.

Key Attributes:

+ Educated to degree level or equivalent.
+ A minimum of three years’ experience in a similar Agile based project delivery/implementation role, ideally in a technology or software as a service environment.
+ Extremely comfortable with working in a fast paced, multi-project, deadline heavy environment with software-based solutions.
+ Worked heavily on mobile app projects using native iOS and Android.
+ Strong background in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
+ Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills.
+ Strong team player motivated by organisational success.
+ Strong client management skills and ability to execute.
+ Highly organised and details orientated.
+ Capable of hands on problem solving, with ability to generate ideas and solutions.
+ A positive, determined approach to researching and analysing new methods and processes.
+ Take ownership of personal actions and outcomes.
+ Uses own initiative and pay close attention to detail.
+ Strong communication skills in all forms including written, oral, telephone and presentation.
+ Excellent organisational and time management skills.
+ A positive attitude to dealing with people and problems.
+ A strong sense of personal responsibility towards getting the job done.
