The Role
We have a new opening for an IT Training Consultant to join our team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will be comfortable with travelling to new locations, engaging with users, clients and working as part of a team as well as individually.
Your key responsibilities will include creating learning materials and training classes in person and online. To be successful in this role, you should be an outgoing person who is comfortable and capable to speak publicly, accept feedback and be flexible to change. The key responsibilities of an IT Training Consultant include, but are not limited to:
Creating learning materials for clients
Learning new software when required
Working with clients to provide them with tailor-made solutions
Training in different environments (in person or remotely)
Travelling to client sites when necessary
Evaluating course effectiveness and improving courses on a continual basis

The Person
The key skills and qualities of an IT Training Consultant:
Proven experience as an IT Training Consultant or a similar role
Familiarity with business systems
Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to convey ideas and technical concepts effectively to any audience
Strong organisation and time keeping skills, as well as the ability to handle one's workload
Driving licence advantageous
