My client is currently on the search a Engineer, this well role will be undertaking Non-Destructive Testing this is a great opportunity if you're looking to progress in a career with real support and development.

As a Non-Destructive testing technician, your key responsibilities will be to carry out testing on rolled rings & wrought products using MPI, Ultrasound, ECT and other techniques.

I'm looking for somebody that is willing to work within a fast-paced environment and is also after a real opportunity to gain more skills and knowleage in Manufacturing and engineering.

Some of the Skills and Experiences you will need.

• A background in manufacturing and engineering, this can be through education or junior/ apprenticeship roles.
• Ideally have a PCN or SNT Level 2 certification in magnetic and/or ultrasonic testing if you're the right candidate level 1 will be considered with the opportunity to progress.
• Willing to undergo regular health screening checks.
• Willing to work extended hours during peak periods on the rare occasion you'll be expected to work afternoon/evening shifts between.
• Experience in Inspection of wrought products & forgings.
• Experience in NDT. (desirable)
• A licence in PCN or SNT Level 2 in magnetic ultrasonic testing. (desirable)
