A high growth, market leading property company with a track record of high-profile developments and are seeking a commercial Senior Asset Manager to bolster their existing team. The business owns a variety of assets across multiple sectors and have a significant on-going development and investment programme.
The role itself will involve management of a significant portfolio of assets with a large rent roll. You'll be responsible creating opportunities for investment / development and maximising the performance of the portfolio. You'll also look after acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant matters, estates management and re-gears. You will also be tasked with creating opportunities for new development and investment.
To be considered for this highly strategic opportunity, you'll need to be a qualified surveyor (MRICS) with experience operating within property or asset management. It's important you're able to develop relationships and have the motivation to deliver excellent results for the organisation and to progress your career
