Salary starting at: £16,504 to £17,880 per annum, pro rata. Applicants should expect under normal circumstances to receive an offer at the bottom of the advertised range.
Hours: Part time, 30 hours per week

Our client is situated on the south shore of Loch Leven, a few minutes drive from Kinross, and is easily accessible from Perth and Edinburgh. This busy nature reserve, which is home to red squirrels, lapwings and pink-footed geese, attracts over seventy thousand visitors each year and the popular café holds the Soil Association's gold Food for Life standard.

They are seeking a friendly, professional and energetic Assistant Catering Manager to join the team in their busy café. The successful candidate will be creative, organised and able to work positively under pressure.

The role involves assisting the Catering Manager with all aspects of running the café including food preparation, working to strict health and hygiene standards, management of catering staff and volunteers, assisting with administrative tasks, and managing the café in the Catering Manager's absence. Working days will include weekends and some flexibility will be required. Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
