Fixed Term Contract until March 2020

Here at Johnnie Johnson Housing, we are now looking for a Leasehold Administrator to join us on a fixed term contract until March 2020.  This is an exciting time to join the team which is in a period of growth.

Within the role you will provide administrative support within the Leasehold Team, contributing towards the delivery of home ownership sales and the management service provided to Leaseholders and Shared Owners.

About you

We are seeking candidates who have previous experience of delivering outstanding customer service and who can provide a diverse range of administrative services to the team to achieve organisational objectives. You will be able to use a range of IT systems and packages including Microsoft Office.

Although not essential, knowledge of Leasehold and Shared Ownership processes within housing or similar field would be an advantage.  Knowledge of Sales processes within housing or similar field would also be beneficial.
