You'll probably remember singing about Old MacDonald as a child and imagining all the wonderful things that were on his farm. You're probably singing the nursery rhyme right now!
You've got a strong background in Farming and up until now, that's been great, but you want more. You're an excellent Communicator and can help people understand your way of thinking. This is great because it adds to your Operational Management side and is why you're looking for an opportunity just like this.
Operationally there is lots to do, and you'll be busy monitoring Health and Safety on the Field or in the Factory, strategising the Crop Harvest, setting KPI's within the various departments and ensuring the product quality remains high.
Let's not forget about Communication and Team Engagement because that's your secret weapon and will ensure success.
