Our client, a leading Facilities Management organisation, currently manage Facilities Services at a secure government site in Central London. Due to there being strict processes for contractors to access the facility, a Permit and Access Managers position has been created, ensuring contractors follow the correct processes when accessing the facility and have the correct paperwork/permits.

A part of the role you will;

* Ensure secure area works adhere to the agreed processes
* Oversee logistic arrangement and communications of work-flow
* Be the focal point for external resource being put to work
* Manage staff clearance reviews
* Maintain document control of external resources
* Control the "Limitation of Access" permit system
* Supervise works review of RAMS utilising ops team
* H&S
* Keep to tight SLAs and adhere to strict KPIs

We're looking for:

Previous experience working in Facilities Management, good knowledge of Health and Safety and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
