Online Estate Agents Ltd provide Online, Hybrid and Traditional Estate Agents services nationwide.
Due to high demand and growth, we are looking to add to our team of experienced Estate Agents to help us provide the best customer service and aid our growth.
The role of Local Estate agent is basically running your own business within our national network working alongside like-minded property professionals who are passionate about delivering great customer service and results for clients.
The position is offered on a self-employed basis, effectively you would work towards becoming a partner and enjoying a 50/50 split of all business generated by yourself.
As one of our Partners, your responsibilities will be to:
* Conduct valuations and viewings.
* Business development and marketing
* New business generation
* List properties to market
* Negotiate offers
We provide you with all the tools and expertise you need, together with all the back-office help and support including booking and qualifying viewings, sales negotiation and progression.
Our management and training team has 100's of years' worth of experience in estate agency, for you to take full advantage of.
The Sales and Lettings roles are available on a full and part time basis. We can also accommodate flexible working hours.
Please note: the ideal candidate will have at least one year's experience in a similar role.
Circa GBP30-40k realistic income in year 1.
