We are looking for an experienced Aftersales Manager to join our busy team.

The dealership is located in Hedge End, Southampton and is a family owned operation with over 50 successful locations.

Recipients of the 2017 Kiwami award for being the best Lexus franchise within the dealer network, we are looking for a candidate to drive the business further forwards, whilst maintaining our existing manufacturer relationship.

An in depth knowledge of the relevant aftersales KPI's would be a pre-requisite as would a Customer first outlook.

In addition to the excellent manufacturer training you will receive, we also offer a contributory company pension and staff vehicle purchase scheme.

Hours of work Mon-Friday 0800-1800 with one Saturday in 4 0800-1300
