Our client a global award winning technology company are currently looking to hire a Internal Recruitment & On-boarding Manager to join a small friendly team providing recruitment and administration responsibilities in a fast paced dynamic environment.

The purpose of this position is to provide recruitment and operational support to the Executive and Management teams, provide leadership and guidance to the senior management team, drive recruitment strategy and attract high end talent into the business by means of agency management, interviewing candidates and cordinating the recruitment cycle from start to finish.

Reporting to the HR Director and working closely with the HR team you will need to be comfortable & experienced functioning at a strategic level whilst also having the ability to be very 'hands on'.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule interviews, coordinate logistical requirements and successfully handle more complex schedules and interviews
  • Identify the need for resources programs and projects, and develop these programs/projects ensuring they are delivered effectively
  • Onboarding new staff members
  • Mentor and/or train less experienced staff and serve as an escalation point for complex issues and questions from the business, candidates, and/or recruiting team
  • Undertaking project work that develops solutions for operational level issues ie. Process improvements in the area of employee retention, employee engagement and performance management.
  • Develop, implement and regularly review & monitor policies and procedures
  • Monitor, measure and report on recruitment issues, opportunities and development plans
  • Keep up to date with all relevant legislation and filtering such information
  • Provide expert support and advice to the Executive and Senior Management team on recruitment challenges
  • Provide advice to the Executive and Senior Management regarding recruitment and selection strategies and initiatives, and ensure recruitment policy and procedure are meeting organisation and legislative needs
  • Liaise with other departmental executives so as to understand all necessary aspects and needs for recruitment
  • Develop tools for performance appraisal, job evaluation and development
  • Demonstrate commitment to the ongoing training and development of staff
