Longcliffe Quarries are a successful and forward looking
independent company specialising in the extraction and processing
of high purity ground calcium carbonates over several locations.

We are seeking to recruit a full time Laboratory Technician at our
Brassington Moor Quarry near Matlock in Derbyshire. Reporting to
the Laboratory Supervisor, this role offers a challenging opportunity
for an ambitious and self-motivated individual to develop within a
progressive organisation.

You will be responsible for the day to day routine quality control of
Longcliffe products to specification.

Rates of pay

This is a salaried position with opportunity for progression.

Main Duties & Skills

• You will be self-motivated and a good communicator
• Routine chemical and physical analysis of Longcliffe products
• Modern and traditional methods of analysis
• Full training and a development plan will be made available to the right candidate
• Basic IT skills
