We are looking to recruit an Assistant Manager for a very busy, fresh food gastro pub near Esher. This is one of a small chain of a handful of gastro pubs. This busy pub is individually styled and offers freshly prepared quality food.
You will need to have at least 18 months previous experience in a busy gastro pub or branded restaurant.
Our client is offering a competitive salary with flexible shift patterns and excellent training.
Due to limited transport links, you would be required to have your own transport.
Your role as an Assistant Manager will include:
* Working alongside the Manager to ensure FoH operates smoothly
* Motivate and lead your team to deliver quality and great service
* Lead the team in the Manager's absence
* Observing hygiene, health and safety guidelines
The successful Assistant Manager will have:
* Background working in a gastro pub
* At least 2 years' experience in a similar role
* Dedication and passion for the job
* Ability to work under pressure
* Own transport
