Heathrow Airport - Customer Service Agent

Demon Recruitment Group is currently working with an organisation based at Heathrow - seeking a number of Customer Service Agents to join them asap.

Rolling shift patterns - 5 days out of 7.

Starting salary GBP22K rising to GBP24K

Duties will include:

-Scheduling deliveries
-Driving between site and Heathrow Airport
-Attending boarding process for flights
-Ensuring all scheduled items/requirements are fulfilled
-Liasing with Crew to ensure an easy handover
-Monitoring flights/managing delays
-Communicating internally with any issues
-Completing necessary paperwork and signing off security checklist
-General face to face customer service

Skills/experience required:

-Must have clean driving licence
-Experience at the Airport (Passenger Agent/Ambassador/Check in) is essential OR an Aviation based qualification
-Confident communication skills
-Must be flexible with working hours
