Marketing and Admissions Officer
LOCATION: Winchmore Hill, North London
SALARY & BENEFITS: GBP35,000 per annum pro rata
WORKING HOURS: Part Time - Ideally Monday to Friday 1pm-5pm but maybe negotiable for the right candidate.
THE SCHOOL: Keble Preparatory School for Boys is looking for an organised and enthusiastic communicator to join their administration team. The school is looking for a Marketing and Admissions Officer.
Keble is a busy independent boys' school with a long tradition of providing high quality academic and pastoral care for children aged 4 to 13.
THE CANDIDATE: The candidate must have strong organisational skills, excellent communication skills and a natural flair for working alongside people but equally be happy to work alone and take ownership of any marketing tasks. Keble Prep School is ideally looking for someone with experience / knowledge of marketing and social media platforms but applicants may be graduates looking to start their career in this sector. The school is located in Winchmore Hill, London N21 so candidates will need to live within a commutable distance of this area.
Recent experience of working in the independent education sector would be desirable.
The school values teamwork and is keen to ensure that the right person, with excellent interpersonal skills, marketing knowledge and enthusiasm for independent schools, is appointed.
In addition to fulfilling the marketing role, the successful candidate will be required to assist with the running of the school office between 4pm and 5pm each day. There will be a need for some marketing and admissions work in the school holiday periods.
Prospective candidates are more than welcome to come and visit the school. Successful short listed candidates would then be invited for an interview after passing the screening process and completing the application form.
