Seeking an experienced Collections Advisor to an already successful team working in consumer lending. The company can boast over 10 years' experience finding customers the finance they need allowing them find competitive motor finance.
The business is a well-respected name in their market and have extremely ambitious growth plans, due to their progressive plans you will join a company who have also achieved 1 star award in the Best Companies as well as previously winning Responsible Lender of the year.
Collections Advisors will be responsible for;
Collecting funds from customers who have fallen into arrears
Offer a professional and empathetic service
Remaining aware of vulnerable customers
Identify the reason for arrears, help to rehabilitate and avoid contractual loss
Treating customers fairly and following FCA regulations
Ensure call quality is adhered to at all times
Collections Advisors will need;
A clear and professional telephone manner
Experience working as a Collections Advisor or Representative, Collections Coordinator, Debt Recovery advisor, Debt Collector within a telephone-based role
Experience working in a regulated environment with knowledge of FCA
To be computer literate and able to pick up new computer systems quickly
A positive can-do approachPackage
Salary GBP20,500 with GBP300 to GBP750 commission per month
Hours 37.5 working 8-4, 11-7. 12-8 and 2 Saturdays per month
