Head of Fundraising and Investor Relations

Prospectus is delighted to be working with Reall to appoint their new Head of Fundraising and Investor Relations. Reall are building a home for human potential and they are world leaders in developing, refining, and sharing innovative housing models that unlock the political will, capital investment, and end-user finance for families and individuals to secure their own home. Based in Coventry and with some international travel, the Head of Fundraising and Investor Relations will drive the development and implementation of Reall's fundraising and investor relations strategy, including engaging colleagues internally to ensure the best relationship-fundraising and investor relations continues. You will work directly with some of the biggest institutional donors in the world and will maintain strong connections with potential new funders. Crucially, you will secure new, large scale, multiyear funding for all of Reall's requirements, and will be comfortable leading on this. The selected candidate will have proven experience of securing substantial funding from and working with a range of large grant providers. You will be highly proficient in proposal development, pitching and presenting, and the international development funding landscape. You will be an effective relationship manager and will have experience of leading people to deliver against ambitious objectives.Not many opportunities come up like this in the sector.
