Be a Partnership and Integration Manager

This role is about engaging with external agencies, local councils, LEP or combined authorities, DWP representatives, and other potential commissioning bodies in order to ensure that our client builds profitable and sustainable relationships with key decision makers and potential future stakeholders.

In brief you will:
  • Be responsible for brokering and managing relationships with the wider services which interact with our clients participants, including offender management, housing, skills and Voluntary and Community Sector (VCS) providers which will benefit the participants and provide greater levels of cohesion between services.
  • Be responsible for the strategic relationship with the local JCP offices and district, ensuring flow information and eligibility MI is fed back.
  • Coordinate monthly multi-agency meetings to support operational integration of working practices. These will be locally tailored to fit local service ecosystems.
  • Hold responsibility for the establishment of regional Social Prescription Networks, whereby Keyworkers are able to refer participants to activities delivered by other groups, organisations and agencies that will support their return to work.
