My client is looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to join their team based in their reading office. The Digital Marketing Executive will be experienced in all aspects of digital marketing with excellent SEO/SEM, Paid (search and social) and Conversion Rate Optimisation knowledge and skills. They must be able to build, manage and optimise digital campaigns and work across accounts. You will work directly with the Head of Marketing to define the strategy, campaign design/creation, optimisation and analysis.
Role/Responsibilities:
* Being accountable for digital lead activity across the Group to grow the database and acquire new clients
* Creating and delivering a digital acquisition plan for inclusion in the wider marketing strategy
* Building, optimising, reporting and analysing campaigns across GA, AdWords, Display, Social Media platforms and Pardot
* Building organic and PPC roadmaps to deliver and demonstrate the journey to success
* Crafting landing pages and lead-gen forms for our content to distribute through relevant paid programmes
* Testing new API's & AdWords Betas
* Using CRM's to maximise engagement with existing and prospective clients
Qualifications:
* Relevant marketing qualification GA training, CIM or IDM preferred.
* Google AdWords and Analytics Certified or working towards
* Wordpress, SEO, SEM
* Salesforce/Pardot experience beneficial
* Knowledge of the various paid marketing channels and technologies, social network advertising (Twitter, LinkedIn) and content distribution
* Experience of Search Engine Optimisation, including: technical SEO, on-page audits, on-page SEO content, keyword mapping, on-page content strategy and briefing, and link-building
Salary: GBP40,000 pa
