Learning Support Assistants (SpLD)

Part-time, various hours available, 36 wks. P/yr. | Fixed term for 12 months | Pro rata of £16,500 - £17,551 per annum

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Learning Support Assistants to join our Additional Learning Support team.

In this rewarding role, you will be supporting our learners in a classroom environment, so that they will achieve the outcomes of their learner support plans in a timely and efficient manner.

Your day-to-day activities may include clarifying and explaining instructions, and keeping learners ‘on task’, and ensuring that they are able to use the equipment and materials provided. Additionally you will liaise with College tutors and Specialist Support Tutors, and help to develop supportive relationships with the learners.
