Crocus Contractors Limited is a wholly subsidiary company of Saffron Housing Group focused on increasing the Groups value and furthering its objectives, through commercial activities.  Crocus consists of four separate trading arms – Crocus Build (Main Contracting), Crocus Green (PV Panel Feed-in Tariff Generation), Crocus Homes (Private Housing Development) and Pye Road (Health and Safety Consultancy).

An opportunity has arisen for a Project Manager to work as part of the Crocus team to contribute to all of the trading arms.

As Project Manager, you will provide construction experience across the business, support the maintenance and performance monitoring on approximately 800 properties overseeing and authorising necessary works, visiting properties/customers as required, and dealing with E.on to ensure feed-in tariffs are being received in a timely and accurate fashion.

The successful candidate will have a recognised construction related qualification at HNC level (and preferably degree level) or equivalent level of skills and experience is required. Experience in working with Stakeholders and with private and affordable housing customers and the requirements they have from time to time (pre and post-completion) is essential. You will have a basic understanding of Photovoltaic Panels and the purpose they serve. Involvement with the delivery/project management of small to medium-sized construction projects (private and/or social housing) to high quality is essential for this post. 

A full driving licence is essential for business purposes.
