My client is looking for an experienced Property Manager based at Pride Park, Derby. You MUST HAVE at least one years experience.

They provide serviced apartment accommodation for corporate and leisure guests, from one night to a year, depending on need. They have a requirement for a Property and Guest Liaison Manager to look after their sites and to ensure their guests have an amazing experience when they stay with them.

They have a small number of serviced apartments in Central Derby, 15 in Lincoln, 20 in Nottingham, and a couple of stand alone houses in Derby and Nottingham.

The role will be looking after each of their sites so visiting each week to ensure that the quality of cleaning is spot on (they outsource the cleaning contract so it will be quality assessing their work), making sure all communal areas are clean and tidy and ensuring stock rooms are kept spotless. You will also need to review any maintenance work required and feed that to the Maintenance Manager.

Make sure that regular on-site testing is carried out, like smoke alarms, fire alarms etc.

Make sure that lift contracts and servicing is carried out, maintenance of fire equipment is done etc.

Carry out reviews of our fire risk assessments and keep a central file on details of these.

Take regular meter reads and liaise with the utility companies, inputting read details to produce bills. Work alongside our Ops Manager making sure that all sites are fully equipped and that the fixtures and fittings are kept to a high standard, requesting replacements when needed (such as kitchen items etc).

Be the first point of contact for guests when they arrive, dealing with any queries, or acting as a concierge service.

Be able to travel easily without any problem to Nottingham, Lincoln and Derby.

You may need to be flexi on the times you go as they don't necessarily need someone to always work 9-5 for example. So flexibility is key.
