Salary: This is a full time, Permanent position with Zzoomm, with an annual salary of circa GBP22,000 (equivalent of GBP10.58 per hour). Plus a Quarterly Bonus, 5 weeks paid holidays, pension, life insurance + more!

As the Build Labourer, you'll be a vital member of the team constructing our network in rural and semi-urban areas. From the depot, to excavating trenches and installing ducts, you'll make sure we can run fibre optic cables from our communications cabinets to our customers' premises.

Build Labourer - A day in the life
With day to day support from the Build Operatives on your crew, you'll organise your workload to get on with what needs doing. Your day usually starts at a local depot. There, you'll pick up machinery and equipment for the day's work. You and your crew mates will travel to site, where you'll carry out all kinds of labouring work.

In everything you do, you'll remember that you are the face of Zzoomm while we build our network. Working around areas where people live and work, you'll take care to minimise disruption and develop good relationships with local residents. Crucially, you'll make sure everything gets done safely, efficiently and to the highest standards of quality.

You'll need
-A good work ethic
-Awareness of health and safety
-A commitment to doing great quality work
-A considerate approach to team mates and members of the public

You'll know how to
-Load materials onto vehicles safely and efficiently
-Understand and comply with regulations including HSEQ, NRSWA and HAUC
-Keep disruption around site to a minimum, with respect to the community
