Meeting of Creditors

The company:

Our client is currently one of the UK's fastest-growing and exciting IVA companies. They are looking for an experienced Meeting of Creditors to manage the client and creditor contact activity from MOC summoned through production of post meeting documentation.

The client is offering you:

• Competitive salary of up to GBP25k
• Weekly discretionary cash bonus
• Monday-Thursday 10-8 / Friday 2pm finish

The role:

As a Meeting of Creditor you will be responsible for:

• Completing compliant consultation calls with potential customers
• Complete review calls with existing customers
• Prepare notice of meetings and Chairman's reports are in-line with protocol and regulations
• Ensure that votes are successfully collated for both first and variation meeting of creditors
• Ensure DPA is completed with all customers prior to the purpose of the call being disclosed
• Ensure all company guidelines are adhered to fully

The candidate:

The client is looking for someone who has/is:

• Experience dealing with MOC for IVA's
• Experience of negotiating with creditors where voting situation requires
• Excellent communication skills
• High accuracy and attention to detail
• Highly organised

This role is a full time position based on 40 hours per week.
