Training and eLearning Designer
Part-time (21 hours), 6 month contract (in the first instance)
Slough, Berkshire

Are you a motivated trainer who can design workshops and create engaging eLearning content for business related skills?

As an experienced eLearning specialist and classroom trainer, you’ll join our HR team to provide the expertise needed to continue to expand our eLearning capability and the service we provide to our staff. 

Working closely with our L&D Manager and other subject matter experts from across the Foundation, you will help develop and deliver elements of our dedicated programme of in-house training activity and workshops - part of our blended learning approach to L&D – as well as reviewing, refreshing and updating existing modules.

Particular areas of e-focus include:
- Project Management
- Business Writing
- Induction

About you
You’ll have experience of:
- Sourcing information to design and develop interactive and engaging eLearning content
- Creating eLearning modules using Articulate software
- Designing and delivering participative face-to-face training

You’ll love this job if you have:
- Lots of creativity and the ability to adapt your own personal style to get the job done
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently

We’d particularly like to hear from you if have a recognised L&D qualification (such as CIPD or TAP), are familiar with PRINCE2, and have knowledge of the Charity Learning Consortium.
You may have held similar roles such as Trainer, L&D Specialist, L&D Co-ordinator, e-Learning Specialist, or e-Learning Designer.
