Wiltshire College & University Centre is the main provider of further and higher education in Wiltshire and is fast on its way to becoming outstanding having achieved a good Ofsted grade in June 2018. Based across the county on 4 main campuses, the College offers an extensive range of courses at all levels and has ambitious plans for growth in a region with exciting potential.

We are currently seeking a Commercial Development Manager to join our successful Business Development team, working across College to lead our growing and diversifying income streams. 

As Commercial Development Manager, you will lead on all ad hoc and commercial activity including events, facilities hire, project funding and bespoke training. With a proactive approach, you will develop and execute a sales and marketing strategy for all commercial and project funded programmes. 

With excellent relationship building skills, you will maintain and grow links with external stakeholders and businesses.

We are looking for a passionate, self starter who challenges the way things are normally done and seeks continuous improvement. The successful candidate will hold their IQA qualification or have equivalent knowledge and experience. It is essential that you have previous experience within working in a training environment.
