Job Description - Lettings Business Development Manager
An opportunity has arisen for a Lettings Business Development Manager to join my clients' city based Estate Agency in Lincoln.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience within Lettings, and be able to demonstrate a sustained track record of generating and securing volumes of new long-term business relationships with new Landlords.
You will also be responsible for supporting the Lettings Negotiators, covering holidays and will be required to undertake all lettings valuations and close to an agreed monthly target.
To be considered for this position, you must have a full clean UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle. A pool car may be available during working hours.
Whilst your main responsibility is business growth via networking and industry knowledge, additional tasks include;
Supporting the Lettings Team.
Keeping updated on any new legislation and its implications and compliance requirements.
In return, they are offering a basic salary of GBP20,000 and a rewarding commission structure offering realistic on target earnings of GBP40,000. With no upper threshold, 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays, Pension scheme
