Residential Conveyancer

We are currently working with a specialist conveyancing firm who have been advising individuals on buying and selling properties since 2007. They are now due to one of their existing Legal executives retiring, looking for a Residential Conveyancer to join their firm on a permanent full-time basis.
The successful candidate will have approximately 3 years' conveyancing experience including sales, purchases and experience with the land registry. Candidates will have the ability to manage their own caseload from start to finish.
