Fixed Term until 31st March 2021
37 Hours per week
GBP29,000 per annum
This is a new post funded through West Sussex CCG, where YMCA DLG has been identified as a suitable partner to take forward the commissioned development of emotional health and wellbeing support for young people in both Crawley and Worthing. This aligns to YMCA DLG's organisational strategic objectives and investments into YIACS services in local hubs where there is an identified need, enabling young people aged 11-25 years old to access appropriate information, advice and therapeutic support on a wide range of issues.
The post holder will support the coordination and development of:
• YMCA DownsLink Group's Crawley Youth Wellbeing Services
• Worthing's Find it Out Plus Service, including its relocation into Worthing Community Hub (Library)

We are looking to recruit a skilled and qualified individual who has managed project developments, experience of developing partnerships and referral pathways, has an excellent understanding of the needs of young people and has a good knowledge of local services and local strategic developments.
