Job Title: Senior Administrator / Support Services Supervisor / Support Services Manager
Location: Central Gloucester
Duration: Permanent
Salary: Negotiable dependent on experience
Hours: Monday to Friday 08:30 - 17:00 (37.5hrs)
We are looking for a new Support Services Supervisor/Manager for our town centre based Head Office. Working closely with the Senior Managers of the business the role encompasses, communicating and supporting our National network of 26 offices around the UK. The position is varied and changes on a day-to-day basis in line with the needs of the business and incorporates the following duties:
??Providing confidential support to the SMT of the business
??Creation & processing of offer letters & Employment Contracts
??Record keeping of all employee records including sickness/absence reporting
??Internal document control in line with specified policies and procedures
??Sourcing of services from print materials to hotel accommodation
??Control of all marketing materials within Company brand guidelines
??Organising meetings and appropriate venues
??Editing internal Operations Manuals
??Control of website maintenance
??Memo communication to branch network of legislative changes
??Responsible for collation and monitoring of monthly & quarterly checks, reports, etc.
??Management of department and one member of staff
Skills/attributes required:
??A positive can-do attitude
??Ability to multi-task
??Strong communication skills
??Good command of written English
??Proven customer service skills
??Working knowledge of Word, Excel, Publisher or other graphics related package
??IT & Marketing appreciation
