We are currently supporting a great opportunity for a Community Manager to join a successful scheme in Cambridge.

This key position will report to the Centre Manager and deliver, manage & grow key areas including: -

* Setting & delivery of yearly community strategy

* Working & growing opportunities / relationships across all stakeholders (local community, retailers, on site team, centre owners & management agents/agencies)

* Driving & growing initiatives across the scheme including skill growth for local people, improving opportunities for the disadvantaged & young people

* Management of content & delivery of diversity training for the on site team & retailers

* Growing initiatives for health interventions for on site team, retailers & local community

* Cost management of the community engagement strategy

* Drive & manage community events

* Communication with retailers to capture details on their community work input/delivery

* Grow the centre's volunteer scheme

* Management / delivery of Giving Tree Scheme

* Maximise PR / Social Media opportunities working with Marketing

* Capture of engagement data & reporting

This is a fantastic opportunity for candidates that hold community engagement experience. Along with a natural ability to grow relationships, provide excellent customer service and apply innovative thinking. Cold-outreach experience would also be beneficial.
