We are helping our client in their recruitment of a switched-on Analyst to join the HR Department as a key member. We need someone that has extremely advanced Excel skills, a naturally analytical mind and an inquiring nature. You will be able to communicate at all levels and perform all tasks with the utmost sensitivity to confidential information.
Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Producing complex reporting for the Senior Management Team
Providing usable and accurate reports throughout the business
Creating critical trend analysis reports for use within HR department
Provide analysis and insight into trends based on data changes
Liaise between HR and IT to provide systems support and analysis
Introduce solutions and improvements
We are looking for someone with:
Evidence of writing reports for senior managers; presenting data and analysis in a clear and concise manner
Deep-rooted understanding of data protection and use of sensitive information
Previous experience in developing and delivering end user reporting/analytics
Proficient in advanced techniques of MS Excel (i.e. Pivot tables, lookup functions and advanced charting functions) and PowerPoint
Strong interpersonal skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills are critical
Ideally previous HR analytical experience
