Lead Telesales Account Executive
Bonfire Recruitment are retained by a market leading supplier and manufacturer of high volume specialist products and have a newly created opportunity for a Lead Telesales Account Executive to support the business development plan in central Scotland, UK.
Current business turnover is around GBP17m employing over 100 people across multiple sites in the UK and are looking to grow market share in current sectors in addition to developing new market areas over the next five years.
Key Responsibilities:
* Introduce new Categories into existing accounts
* Identify and Build new relationships within existing accounts / new accounts
* Develop new business
* Pro-actively reach out to existing accounts to ensure customer satisfaction levels are high. .
* Maintain strong and robust relationships with existing key-partners and establish and develop new business relationships as required.
To be considered for this role, we are looking to identify candidates who are ideally:
* Quality focussed
* Have office based sales experience ideally in an industrial / manufacturing / "product offering "environment
* Are professional, pro-active, and confident with a consistent positive attitude and demonstrable experience of surpassing customer expectations within a telesales / call centre / manufacturing / industrial environment.
* Have a relationship building mentality and technique of asking the correct questions to different levels of authority and business size.
* Have demonstrable experience of business to business sales / upselling product ranges and have a consistent approach to performance ensuring the volume of calls per week are surpassed.
* Have experience of identifying new opportunities and opening new accounts
* Are comfortable working to all levels within business.
