Electrical Production Operator
DO YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE IN THE ELECTRICAL INDUSTRY AS A WIRE PERSON?
ARE YOU IPC 620 CERTIFIED/TRAINED - This is not essential however is preferred.
Your duties will include:
" Electrical wiring and assembly in a quality assured environment, using electrical drawings, wiring schedules and schematics.
" Assembly work using microscopes.
" Part and product preparation.
" Ensure manufacturing build times are met.
" Check and complete all paperwork associated with the manufacturing data pack.
" Maintain to the highest level, workmanship standards and product quality.
" Ensure compliance with all associated procedures applicable to the manufacturing process.
" Maintain a safe working environment.
" Follow company housekeeping policy.
" Be willing to contribute to an environment of process improvement.
" Undertake additional duties and responsibilities that may be required from time to time and as instructed by the Team Leader/Manufacturing Manager.
You will receive a pay increase after 6 months and then again after 12 months. You will also receive a GBP50 a month attendance bonus.
