Our client is an award-winning organisation providing management and maintenance services to around 7,000 residential, commercial and public buildings in the local area. They are an ambitious organisation focused on delivering great value services that make a difference.  

A new opportunity has arisen for an Executive Assistant to play a key role in ensuring that the corporate governance of the company runs smoothly. In this new post you will provide company secretarial services; timely advice, arrange appropriate Board member training and development and maintain a comprehensive governance policy framework. You will work closely with the Chief Executive and the Chair of the Board to forward plan, ensuring that all matters including key compliance activities are completed in a timely fashion.

Their ideal candidate will be a self-starter, with confidence to initiate and progress work, have experience of servicing senior boards and committees and have an understanding of good governance. You will possess great communication skills, both verbal and written with the ability to form effective working relationships with a variety of stakeholders. Further training in legal and policy procedures if required.
