An opportunity has arisen within this Fire Service's Community Safety section for a Community Safety Administrator, based at their headquarters in Sheffield.

Hours: Full time - 37 hours per week
Work Pattern: Mon - Fri (Flexi time)
Location: Central Sheffield

The overall purpose of the role will be to provide an efficient and effective administrative support service to the Community Safety Department, including coordination of the Community Safety Hotline service, ensuring a quality customer care experience at all times.

The key duties will be to provide members of the public and partner organisations with a single point of contact regarding Home Safety services and ensuring referrals for Home Safety Checks are effectively processed. The role also includes providing administrative support for Safe & Well partnerships, including management of the membership database and liaising with partner agencies to ensure an effective referral process.

You must possess experience in providing an efficient and effective telephone service and working knowledge of MS Office Applications, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook.
