We are currently looking to increase capacity in our Housing teams and are recruiting for the following post across Tyneside:

Part Time Weekend and Sessional Housing Concierge Workers

12.5 hours shifts - £9.31 per hour

To cover weekends, staff absences and night shifts

In a team of two, Housing Concierge Workers will provide a presence when housing staff are not on site to ensure the safety and security of the accommodation and occupants, which is also conducive to cohesive neighbour and community relations.

Candidates for both roles should have excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with vulnerable adults.
