Salary GBP33, 152 Per Annum

Our client is a not-for-profit Registered Social Landlord providing homes for people in Buckinghamshire and Northamptonshire. Their aim is to provide affordable homes and build communities that people can be proud of.
The Role:
They are currently seeking a Community Engagement officer to deliver the Trust's engagement strategy with residents.
In this key role you will empower residents to make a real difference to their lives and local communities as well as offering support and resources to ensure their voices are heard at every level of service delivery and decision making.
Required Skills and Experience:
They are looking for someone with experience of working effectively with residents and community groups.
This is a demanding role and requires someone with tenacity and a real interest in people.
Superb communication skills are a must, at all levels.
As part of the Communication and Communities Team, the successful candidate will also be expected to protect and promote our company image maintaining a positive relationship with residents and stakeholders ensuring our reputation is managed throughout.
Project planning skills along with experience of Microsoft Office Suite, Publisher and Excel is also important.E&D Commitment:
