My client, a reputable organisation is looking for a hard working and passionate Housing Assistant to join their fast growing team within Edinburgh for a minimum of 7 months but the role has scope for longer term.

Your new role

An experienced Housing Assistant to carry out the below duties.

• Front Line Reception Duties
• Answering rent queries and raising repairs.
• Liaise with tenants & local authorities.
• Checking invoices and answering calls.
• Liaising with the Housing Officer.
• Support the Neighbourhood Housing Officer

What you'll need to succeed

You must have experience as a Housing Assistant within Social Housing. You must have excellent customer service skills as a lot of the work involved is liaising with the tenants and local authorities.
