Role- Receptionist (part time) - 12 month fixed term contract
Location- Edinburgh
Salary - GBP13,864
Are you flexible, self-motivated, highly competent and able to work on your own initiative? Are you a good communicator and able to assist in dealing with clients and contacts on face-to-face and the telephone? Then please read below about our fantastic vacancy with a traditional Legal firm in Edinburgh.
The Receptionist will welcome all clients into the firm, keep the Reception/Client suite neat and tidy. Ensure client suites are available for meetings and make sure to coordinate room booking process/system including keeping detailed records, informing Client Services when a room is no longer in use and liaison with Client Services and the Facilities team regarding refreshment requirements and setting up of meeting rooms including presentation, conference call and skype facilities when required.
Reception team make all courier and taxi arrangements and maintain records for tracking both and provide provide an enhanced level of customer service.
The working hours for this role are 25 hours a week, Monday to Friday 12.45pm to 5.45pm, these hours are fixed as this is part of a job share.
