As a Business Manager for Office Angels you will be responsible for:

Creating a winning culture - built on celebrating success, coaching and development of your team and by working with your team to create the vision to be the very best in your local market
Build and follow a simple, targeted sales plan to grow our enviable client base whilst ensuring that every customer feels valued and respected
Manage the financial performance of the business - focusing mainly on the opportunity to grow overall profit whilst ensuring we invest in the right areas to support growth
Drive sales activity - built on service and playing to the strengths of your team
Developing your team - motivate and invest in your team, supporting them in achieving their personal and professional aspirations, as well as always looking for new talent in the market to grow your team.
