You will be working with a highly motivational HR Director leading on the design, management and delivery of workforce development initiatives to maximise performance for this Not for Profit client. This role is L & D, it is training but it's more about thinking what the organisation needs to achieve success and taking a top-down approach working with Managers to design appropriate tools. The client offers agile working.
Key Requirements
Lead on the design, management and delivery of L & D initiatives to provide managers and staff with the right tools to achieve strategic objectives
Lead of the development of the organisations Strategic Learning plan
Lead of development policies including Career Development, Talent Management and Succession planning
Maximise opportunities for digital skills enhancement across the organisation
Person Specification
Good experience of running L & D and or/Workforce development services
Experience of developing strategic learning & development plans
Experience of designing a range of high-quality learning interventions
Effective budget management/project management skills
Knowledge of blended learning, social learning, digital learning
