Junior Architectural Technician
They are an award winning regional housebuilder who work on a great range of family homes. Projects consist of schemes from 10 to 85 units throughout the Western region and the technical department are now looking for a junior architectural technician.
Working in a small and dedicated team you will assist with floor plans, elevations and detailing work. Its a varied role that will see you carrying out site visits and working with external consultants.
We would like to hear from candidates who are literate with AutoCAD and have a good understanding of the building regulations. A full driving licence is needed and you will ideally have housing experience although this isn't essential.
