A quality driven organisation based in Slough is looking for a Part Time HR Administrator to support its HR team. The role will be based on working 25 hours a week, 5 hours a day, Monday to Friday. The salary will be GBP23,000/24,000 pro rata.

*Assist with the preparation of and attend Assessment Days
Organisation Chart
*Ensure Organisation Chart is updated with any changes
New Starters
*Undertake the HR new starter process

oDBS check
oPre-employment health check
oHR databases
oPayroll
oBenefit schemes
oANO as required
Leavers
*Support the leaver process from acceptance of resignation
oHR databases
oDemo equipment allocation reports
oTraining, relocation or bonus clauses
oPayroll
oBenefit Schemes
oProvision of reference

*Maintain HR information systems and user profiles ensuring audit compliance:
oPayroll
oAbsence Management
oHR Databases and LMS
*Support the maintenance of Access Control
oIssue Access Cards
oDeactivate Access Cards
oProduce reports from the Access Control software as required

Experience/skills required
- Excellent Administration experience, ideally within a HR environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Looking to work 25 hours a week, made up of 5 hour days (Mon-Fri)
