Salary Scale D/E (Point 11 – 33) - £21,166 (pro rata £18,957) –  £35,229 (pro rata £31,552) depending on experience.

37 hours a week, term time only + Inset Days + plus two weeks

The key aspect of this role is to:

  • Organise and manage the ‘Behaviour For Learning’ room to ensure students are focused and on task at all times while isolated.

Ensuring that:

  • Students are supervised to ensure completion of work
  • A positive learning culture is maintained in the BFL room
  • Students show high standards of behaviour and focus while in the BFL room
  • Reintegration back into lessons is successfully coordinated
  • Intervention work is undertaken to improve student attitudes

We are the highest performing school in North Solihull with a positive Progress 8 score for the last 2 years of publication. Our percentage of Grade 5 or above in the Basics has continued to improve year on year and this reflects our desire to be Outstanding.
