They currently have an exciting opportunity available for an IT Technician to join them!
This role is ideal for someone at the start of their career who has an interest in the world of IT and is looking to learn and grow with the company.
Carrying out a range of duties in the Technical Department including asset reporting and data destruction, you will test and repair IT equipment following company procedures and managers instructions and record all data in relevant software (WMS).
Able to identify and repair faults with IT equipment in a timely manner, you must ensure all paperwork is correctly completed and work as part of the team to meet SLA’s.
With a can-do attitude and the ability to look for ways to improve processes and procedures, candidates will be strong communicators and demonstrate a real enthusiasm for IT.
