Term time only (38 weeks plus 5 training days)
13 hours per week

Cottenham Village College is on a journey to become an outstanding school where learning is at the heart of everything we do. We require a well organised, reliable and self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills to join our Art & Design Technology Faculty.

The Art Technician will play a key role within the faculty ensuring that effective support is provided to all teaching staff and promoting Art at all levels within the college.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Develop effective working relationships with students and staff
  • Preparation of all apparatus for practical lessons at both KS3 and KS4
  • Ensure the proper maintenance of all equipment and materials
  • Ensure that correct stock levels are maintained and in collaboration with the Head of Faculty, order materials and equipment
