Internal Account Manager - Tyres

Our client is one of the leading UK suppliers of automotive aftermarket products, supplying to garages chains and fleet operators.
As the business continues to grow from strength to strength and due to internal promotion, Momentum Executive Solutions Ltd has been retained to recruit an Internal Sales Account Manager who will report to the Sales Manager.
The Internal Sales Account Manager opportunity would suit an individual who has extensive experience of B2B, specialist automotive aftermarket distribution or tyres who will become a key member of an established internal sales team.
For the right individual this role may offer career development options in related sales opportunities internally as our client's company grows from strength to strength.
Responsibilities:
* Understand business goals in relation to how the internal sales function help develop and grow targeted strategies increasing sales and margin.
* Part of the internal sales team, working towards individual KPIs that will contribute to the overall success of company targets.
* Actively contribute to product and brand strategy in order to develop historic, current and new growth levers.
* Maintain an exceptional knowledge of the market and current trends in order to develop as a sales individual.
* Assist with the monitoring and tracking competitor activity assessing weakness, strengths, opportunities and threats in order to support company leverage.
Profile of candidate:
* Ideally you will have experience of B2B, aftermarket distribution or the tyres market either as an account manager, or alternatively, you may be a fitter or experienced front desk individual with a passion for sales, who is ready to go forward into an internal sales role.
* Excellent customer service, interpersonal and strong communication skills with the ability to work across different cultures with a can do, dynamic attitude.
* Forward thinking with a change management culture mindset, whilst acknowledging past success of the organization.
